16+ oz. center cut New York Strip Steak, served either au-poive or with sauteed mushrooms & onions.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Tenderloin of Pork, stuffed with asparagus tips & roasted red peppers, then roasted with pinot grigio.
Grilled Filet Mignon
10+ oz. center cut Filet Mignon, grilled & served with our house-made Bearnaise sauce.
Veal Parmigiano
Tender veal medallions, breaded & sauteed, then combined with mozzarella and marinara in the traditional style.
Veal Marsala
Tender veal medallions sauteed with mushrooms in a light marsala wine sauce.
Grilled Veal Chop
18+ oz. center rib veal chop, sauced with a cabernet veal glaze.
Rack of Lamb
Rubbed with dijon mustard, herbs de Provence & garlic encrusted.
