     B. CHICKEN KIEV

A FRESH TENDER CHICKEN BREAST IS LACED WITH GARLIC AND BUTTER, ROLLED, BREADED, SAUTEED AND SERVED WITH A CHICKEN VOULTE’.

     C. CHICKEN MARSALA

DREDGED IN FLOUR, A FRESH BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST IS SAUTEED IN BUTTER AND TOPPED WITH A WILD MUSHROOM RICH MARSALA WINE SAUCE.

     D. CHICKEN CALVADOS

TENDER, FRESH CHICKEN BREASTS ARE SAUTEED AND TOPPED WITH AN APPLE AND APRICOT SAUCE.

FRESH ATLANTIC SALMON IS GRILLED AND SERVED WITH A CITRUS BUERRE BLANC.

     D. GRILLED SWORDFISH

FRESH SWORDFISH IS GRILLED AND SERVED WITH A WHITE WINE LEMON BUTTER SAUCE OVER WILTED SPINACH
