  The International Cheese Table

Our version of the "Food Is Art" table will consist of seven varieties of cheese, bowls of fresh strawberries (in season), pepperoni, fresh fruit garnishes w/ assorted crackers and beautiful seasonal displays.

  Fresh Vegetable Display with Dips

Fresh cut vegetables displayed with French Onion and Roasted Red Pepper dips.

  Champagne Toast

Asti spumante.

  Champagne Fountain

Pink champagne flows from a four-foot tall, sterling silver fountain during your cocktail hour.

 

 

 

First Course

Your Choice of Salad, Individually Served

  House Salad

Tossed baby greens, leaf and romaine lettuce topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, shredded carrots and hot garlic bread. We offer Balsamic vinaigrette or David's Famous Lakeview Dressing.

  Caesar Salad

Features our house made Caesar dressing with homogenized eggs over Romaine lettuce, topped with hot garlic bread & a blend of Romano and Parmesan cheeses.

  Mozzarella Salad

Fresh mozzarella with ripe tomato, roasted peppers, red onions and a fresh basil vinaigrette.

  Warmed Spinach Salad

Features a sweet vinaigrette with crumbled bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs and slivered mushrooms over semi-wilted spinach leaves, topped with hot garlic bread. (Add $1.00 per person)

   Antipasto (Family Style)

Consists of a variety of deli meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, marinated mushrooms, roasted peppers, black olives, anchovies, tuna-fish, pepperoncini, marinated eggplant and thin red onions. (Add $3.00 per person)

The Birds

  Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ham & cheese are encased in a fresh chicken breast, breaded, sauteed and served    with a Sauce Supreme.

  Chicken Kiev
A fresh, tender chicken breast is laced with garlic and butter, rolled, breaded, sauteed and served with a chicken voulte.

  Chicken Marsala
A fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast is dredged in flour, sauteed in butter and topped with a wild mushroom, rich marsala wine sauce.

   Chicken Calvados
Tender, fresh chicken breasts are sauteed and topped with an apple and apricot sauce.

The Fish

  Baked Stuffed Scrod
Flaky, fresh Scrod is topped with our fresh herb house stuffing, baked and served with a white wine, lemon and butter sauce.

  Seafood Stuffed Sole
Filets of fresh Sole are stuffed with crab seafood stuffing and topped with a Newburg-Sherry sauce.

  Grilled Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon is grilled and served with a citrus buerre blanc.

  Grilled Swordfish
Fresh swordfish is grilled and served with a white wine lemon butter sauce over wilted spinach.

 

The Pork    
 
  Classic Sausage and Peppers

Sweet rope sausage is joined with red and green peppers, fresh garlic and herbs in red sauce.

  Sausage and Broccoli Rabe
Semi-hot rope sausage is baked with sauteed garlic and broccoli rabe and finished with long hot peppers.

The Vegetarian

  Eggplant Parmigiano
Layers of batter-dipped eggplant with mozzarella, parmigiano and romano cheeses are joined with marinara and baked to perfection.

  Vegetable Lasagna
Classic lasagna without the meat! Vegetables include broccoli, peppers, snow peas, water chestnuts, carrots, celery and fresh herbs.

  Vegetable Stir-Fry Oriental
A medley of seasonal fresh vegetables are quick stir-fried with a sauce of ginger & soy and served over Basmati rice.


The Pastas

  Our Own Famous Bolognese
This traditional sauce features ground pork and beef, fresh herbs and tomatoes over al dente penne.

  Penne Ala Vodka
Al dente penne is served with a pink cream sauce.

  Tortellini Carbonara
Fresh cheese-filled tortellini is joined with bacon, prosciutto, peas and onions in a classic alfredo sauce.

 
The Starch

  Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
Classic Red Bliss potatoes are seasoned with tarragon and baked to perfection.

  Rice Pilaf
Traditional rice pilaf: light, fluffy & full of flavor.

  Garlic Whipped Potatoes
House made whipped potatoes laced with garlic, butter and fresh herbs.

The Vegetables

  Broccoli Normandy
A melange of cauliflower, broccoli and orange & yellow carrots, seasoned with vegetable stock.

  Asian Snowpeas
Tender snow peas are finished in a skillet with almonds, pearl onions, soy sauce, ginger and butter.

  Green Beans Almondine
Fresh green beans are sauteed with toasted almonds, butter and seasonings.

  Glazed Baby Carrots
Tender baby carrots are sauteed with honey, lemon, butter and cinnamon.
