Our tender chicken is laced with garlic and butter, rolled, breaded sauteed and served in natural juices.
Chicken Marsala
Our boneless, skinless chicken, dredged in flour, sauteed in butter and served with wild mushrooms and a rich marsala wine sauce.
Chicken Calvados
Tender chicken breasts sauteed and topped with an apple and apricot sauce.
Cornish Game Hens
Traditional bread stuffed and roasted, topped with a sauce made from the pan drippings.
